Ashwagandha Golden Milk
1 cup Milk of Choice
1 Capsule Ashwagandha Alive
2 Capsules Turmeric Alive
Nutmeg (Tiny pinch freshly grated)
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 Teaspoon of Honey/Maple Syrup (if needed)
Warm the milk. Remove from heat, open the ashwagandha and turmeric alive capsules and add the powder and spices. Stir and leave to cool for a few minutes. Add the coconut oil and use a milk frother or blender to mix really well (add your sweetener here if needed). Pour into a glass, relax and prepare for a blissful nights sleep.
