Ashwagandha Hot Chocolate Elixir
- 2 teaspoons of Cacao Powder
- 2 capsules of Ashwagandha Alive (Open the capsules and use the powder)
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Pinch of Ginger
- 250ml of Non-Dairy Milk
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Sugar, Honey or Maple Syrup to taste
- Heat the non dairy milk over low heat in a pan.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the pan and whisk using a latte whisk, or add to a blender and blend together.
- Relax and enjoy!
